- All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge for children's cots/cribs. All older children or adults are charged THB 500 per person per night for extra beds, rate with breakfast included, for bed only will be 350 charge per person per night . 

- All children under 12 years are charged THB 150 for breakfast cost per person per night when using existing beds.  

- The maximum number of children's cots/cribs in a room is 1 for all room type. The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1 for all room type (except standard room) while for 2 x bedroom apartment maximum number of extra bed will be 2.

- The total price of the reservation may be charged anytime after booking

- Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total deposit of the reservation are non-refunding.
