● The hotel welcomes children. child's definition That is, must not be more than 12 years old.

● Children 0-2 years old stay free of charge breakfast not included. 

● Children 2.1-4 years old will be charged 200 baht/person/night including breakfast.

● Children 5-11 years old will be charged 550 baht/person/night including breakfast. 

? SUGGESTION FOR THE CHECK-IN DURING COVID-19  ?

Due to the COVID-19 situation, we guarantee your safety and convenience are the most importance. We would like to clarify our standard to reduce any risk for guests, staffs, and public .

 Basic health check for the symptoms like fever, cough for both insider and outsider. Basic health check for all staff before and after work 

 All staffs require to wear face mask and glove while working. Also, they need to clean their hand before and after service and meal 

 Face mask and hand sanitizer are ready for all guests 

We clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces 

 Swimming pool is always cleaned by our staffs 

 All guests’ room are cleaned before check-in and after check-out

During your stay, we all appreciate to offer you the fresh air in jungle greenery and mountain. 

? TERMS & CONDITIONS ?

Kindly give your attention on our following policies; 
● A room deposit is required at the booking time in order to hold the room.

If we do not receive deposit payment within 24 hours, we reserve the right to automatically cancel the booking without prior notice.

● Check-in start from 02.00 PM
(Early check-in must inform the reception and Late check-in after 08.45 PM, please contact 037-239899 or 065-5022999 in advance) 

● Check-out at 12:00 PM
(Additional charge may apply for late check out) 

● Please provide your valid ID card/passport upon checking in. 

● Key card deposit THB 500 need to completed in advance. 
(Fully refunded after returning all key cards at check-out) 

● Guests are encouraged to notify hotel staff immediately if they found any damage in the hotel room.
Should any damage come to light after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to charge for any damage incurred to the room. 

● Cooking in room or hotel area is not allowed. Also, food and beverage from outside are not allowed to hotel area.
Smelly object i.e. Durian is not allowed to be kept in the refrigerator, Failure to do so will be fined 1,000 baht. 

● For security reason, all visitors are request to present ID/Passport at front desk.
Our hotel reserves the right to decline any stranger from entering the premises. 

● Our quiet hours start from 10.00 PM.
If we found any noise disturb other guests, we reserve the right to refuse your stay with non-refundable.

● Smoking in the room and balcony is prohibited. If found, guest can be fined up to 5,000 baht.

● No room service.

● All rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) inclusive of service charge and applicable government taxes. 

Change, Cancellation, and No-show Policy 

As we are a small hotel, date change, late cancellation, and no-shows hardly effect our business. Thus, our deposit and cancellation policy are as following; 

● The deposit for full amount is required upon booking and the deposit is non-refundable. 

● Change arrival date is free of charge for only once and need to inform us 7 days in advance.
Despite room rates are subject to change without prior notice due to tourist season. 

● No shows – loss of deposit. 

● Carefully read through all conditions of each promotion as some promotions do not allow for change or cancelation as we already offer the special price. 

Extra bed/ Extra person Policy  

The maximum of the extra bed/ extra person is 1 per room with charge 1,000 baht/night (breakfast is inclusive)

? DOG POLICY ?

Our hotel welcomes dogs.

.       We are happy to welcome your dog to stay with you, up to 2 dogs/room.

.       Our charge for your dog weighing not more than 7 kg. will be 100 THB/dog/night.

.       Our charge for your dog weighing more than 7 kg. will be 300 THB/dog/night.

.       For Super Twin room type having 24 square metres in area, situated on the 2nd floor, zone C, up to 2 dogs, each weighing not more than 15 kg. /room will be allowed. For a dog weighing more than 15 kg., only 1 dog/room will be allowed.

Terms and Conditions of Bringing Dog into PRY1 Hotel

1.       Your dog must be on leash or in a bag/crate at all times.

2.       It is prohibited to leave your dog alone in the room or any area of the Hotel, except for the area specifically provided as waiting or rest area only.

3.       You are solely responsible for the cleanliness of your dog and must clean after your dog, or else the Hotel reserves the right to charge an additional fee.

4.       In case any damage occurs by reason of your dog, whether to a person and/or a property of other person or the Hotel, you will be held responsible for such damages in full. You hereby expressly agree that the Hotel shall not be held responsible for any such damages occurred in all respects.
