1. Children under 2 years old stay free of charge when using existing beds or a child’s cot/crib.
2. Children aged 3–7 years old are charged THB 1,000 per person per night when using an extra bed.
3. Breakfast only for children aged 3–7 years old is charged THB 200 per person per night when using an existing bed.
4. Children above 7 years old or adults are charged THB 1,000 per person per night when using an extra bed, with breakfast included.
5. An extra bed without breakfast is available at THB 800 per night.
Please kindly note that the maximum number of extra beds or children’s cots permitted per room is one only.

**The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is only one**
- Check-in time is 14:00, and check-out time is 12:00 (noon).

- 9.00 PM - 8.00 AM.  is quiet time.
- No Durian allowed.
- No smoking in rooms.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Period Low Season: 01 May – 31 October
- Guests can cancel or modify reservation free of charge until 7 days prior to the arrival date
- Cancel or Modify 7 days prior to arrival date charge 100 %, No Show 100% charge
- In a cancellation case, it has a 5% payment gateway fee.

Period High Season: 01 November – 01 January & 01 January – 30 April
- Guests can cancel or modify reservations free of charge until 15 days prior to the arrival date.
- Cancel or Modify 15 days prior to arrival date charge 100%, No Show 100% charge
- In a cancellation case, it has a 5% payment gateway fee.
