• The number of guests per room cannot exceed the number specified by the resort.
• If the number of guests exceeds the specified number, the customer must pay for an extra bed (Extra Bed) of 400 baht.
• In the case of adding more guests in a package, an additional charge of 300 baht per person is required.

Accommodation Rules
1. Check-in time is 14.00 (bring your ID card for everyone) Check-out time is before 11.00
2. Breakfast is served from 07.00-10.00 (eat at Narinari Cafe)
3. Swimming pool opens from 07.00-20.00 hrs. (swimsuit only)
4. Water park opens from 09.00-18.30 hrs. (swimsuit only)
5. Pets are not allowed to stay and enter the hotel premises.
6. Cooking in the room is not allowed.
7. Smoking is not allowed in the room and outside the balcony. Violators will be fined 2,000 baht.
8. On check-in day, there is deposit room, only for villa rooms, 1,000 baht per room.

- 2-3 rooms 500 baht

- 4 rooms 1,000 baht, cash only

9. Ironing is not allowed in the room. Violators will be fined 2,000 baht. 
10. In the case of opening a regular room, the water park fee is 200 baht per person, both children and adults.
11. Children under 90 cm in height play for free but must be under the supervision of a parent.
12. In the case of booking a room with a water park package, you can play unlimited times.
13. In the case of booking a room with a water park package, 1 extra bed is free.
14. Water park service fee is 200 baht per person. You can play in the water park once without any hours limit.
15. Water park admission fee is 50 baht per person. You can enter the water park area but cannot play.
16. You must wear a swimsuit to use the water park.
17. The resort provides a swimming suit rental service for 100 baht per set.
18. The minibar in every room is free to eat.
