Children Policy

• Children under 7 years of age stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding with their parents or guardians.
• Children aged 8 years and above are considered adults and will be charged according to the applicable adult rate.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Front Desk Hours
Front Desk service is available daily from 07:00 AM – 08:00 PM. Guests arriving after 08:00 PM must notify the hotel at least 24 hours prior to arrival.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in: From 02:00 PM
Check-out: By 12:00 PM
Early Check-in (subject to availability): THB 500
Late Check-out until 03:00 PM: THB 500
Late Check-out 03:00 PM – 06:00 PM: 50% of room rate
Late Check-out after 06:00 PM: 100% of room rate

Children & Extra Guests

Children under 7 years stay free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
Extra guest charge: THB 800 per person per night.
Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.

Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required upon check-in:

One Bedroom Suite: THB 1,000
Two & Three Bedroom Suites/Residences: THB 2,000
Duplex Residences: THB 3,000

Property Policies

No pets allowed.
Durian is strictly prohibited.
Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Smoking inside guest rooms will incur a THB 5,000 cleaning fee.
Complimentary Wi-Fi and on-site parking are available.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM – 08:00 AM.

Prohibited Activities
Illegal drugs, weapons, gambling, hazardous materials, and any activities that disturb other guests are strictly prohibited.

Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning costs caused during their stay. The hotel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal belongings.

No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice will be considered a No-Show. The hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of the reservation amount.

Right to Refuse Service
The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a stay without refund for violations of these policies.

By confirming a reservation and/or staying at the property, guests agree to these Terms & Conditions.
