Additional Guests Policy An additional charge of THB 500 per person will apply to guests exceeding the maximum occupancy of each room. The hotel will provide the following amenities for additional guests: -Towels -Amenity Set -Drinking Water -Extra Pillows Please note that additional guests are permitted only in Medium (M) and Large (L) room types. Additional guests are not permitted in Small (S) room types and the Private Dorm.
Large (L) Rooms Maximum occupancy: 6 persons (including up to 2 additional guests)

Medium (M) Rooms Maximum occupancy: 3 persons (including 1 additional guest)
Child Policy Children under 12 years of age may stay free of charge as an additional guest (Extra Person).

Respect for Themes and Decor Each of our 19 room types has been designed with care. We ask guests to refrain from tampering with or removing decorative items or furniture. Any damages or losses will incur a charge
Room Props and Furniture
As our rooms are adorned with numerous props, each prop is priced individually. Guests must ensure that all props and furniture remain in the room upon check-out. Missing or damaged items will result in corresponding charges.
Room Occupancy Hotel rooms: Maximum occupancy as specified during booking. Private dorm rooms: Please respect the shared space and belongings of guests in other private dorm rooms.
Noise Control
Lound noises, including music or conversation which would affect guests in other rooms and common areas, are not allowed after 09:00 p.m.
Cancellation/ prepayment Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to accommodation type. Please check what conditions may apply to each option when making your selection.
Age Requirement Guests under 18 years old who wish to check in alone must present a copy of their parent’s or legal guardian’s identification card, signed to authorize the stay, upon check-in.
Extra Bed Policy extra bed is not providable.
No Pets Policy
Pets are not allowed to stay or enter any areas of the hotel.
No Smoking of Any Kind
Smoking of all types of tobacco or cannabis products is strictly prohibited. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cannabis, and any similar products, in all indoor areas of the building
Parties and Events Small gatherings are permitted in the room (such as birthdays, hangouts, or hen nights). An additional charge of THB 100 per person will apply if the number of attendees exceeds the allowed occupancy.
Commercial shooting is not permitted for bookings made via online travel agencies. Additional charges may apply in case of non-compliance. Please contact the hotel directly for commercial shooting arrangements.
Room Deposit Policy
1. Security Deposit Requirement: • A security deposit of 3,000 THB is required upon check-in. • The deposit can be paid by cash, online transferring or credit card.
2. Purpose of the Deposit: • The deposit is held to cover any potential damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning required due to misuse of the room.
3. Refund of the Deposit: • The deposit will be refunded in full upon check-out, provided there are no damages, missing items, or extraordinary cleaning fees required. • Refunds for card payments may take up to [number of days, e.g., 7 - 15 business days] to process, depending on the bank.
4. Non-Refundable Deductions: • If damages, missing items, or extra cleaning are identified, the corresponding amount will be deducted from the deposit. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the guest. • In the event that the cost of damages exceeds the deposit amount, the guest will be billed the differences.
Note: Guests are encouraged to report any existing damages or issues upon check-in to avoid disputes during check-out.
