**Property Policies & Conditions**:

• Check in time is 2 - 7 pm. If you come after 7 pm, please inform us before 4 pm (Thailand time) on the day that you arrive. We will be ready to wait for you. In case that you arrive between 10 pm - 12 am, you have to pay 200 baht extra when you check in.
• Check out before 12 pm. In case you would like to check out early, the checkout time is either before 11 pm or after 5 am. In case that you would like to check out between these period, there is an extra charge 200 baht.

Deposit Policy
Deposit required
Deposit Collection Methods: A fixed amount of THB 500.00 (approx. US$ 13.53) is charged.

Our Facilities
- Free WiFi, cable TV(except budget room), air conditioning and water heater are in every room.
- Free public parking area is available on both sides of the road in front of our cozy guesthouse except Sunday (1 - 11 pm) due to walking street is in front of our buildings.

In order to avoid your No Show, please ensure you inform your arrival time as following details:

1. If you check in during our office hours (9 am - 7 pm), please inform us your arrival time at least one day before your arrival date either by e-mail, call us or WhatsApp, you can see our phone number on your booking confirmation email.

2. If you check in after 7 pm, please contact us before 4 pm on your arrival date. We will be ready for you. In case the flight delays or have some emergency issues, please inform us immediately about your arrival time. If you are not sure whether you can check in, please kindly inform us as soon as possible by either call us or WhatsApp. Our phone number on your booking confirmation email.

3. Our last check in time is 7 pm. If guests don't come within 7 pm of their arrival date, this means guests are "NO SHOW". Guests must pay full payment of their reservation.

Our Security House Rule
VISITORS
- Please meet your visitors at the lobby of guesthouse. Visitors or friends are prohibited from entering the residence area, which is reserved only for registered guests.

LIMITED AREA ACCESS

- For everyone's safety, we have established a "Limited Area Access" policy as below:
A: In term of security, non-guest is not allowed past the ground floor entrance door leading to the residence area. The guest must pay 500 baht/person/stay for the non-guest.
B: Between 10 pm and 8 am, the Guesthouse lobby is accessible only to guests with keycard.

CLEANLINESS
- For cleanliness, please remove your shoes while you are in building. You can prepare your personal slippers to use inside the building.
