EXTRA PERSON POLICY

The hotel allows a maximum of 1 extra kid per room for an extra cost according to their age.
● Infants 0 - 6 yo - free of charge on an existing bed.
● Kids 7 - 11 yo - 500 THB/night on a sofa bed.
● Adults and kids 12yo and older - 1000 THB/night on a sofa bed. 
Please note a sofa bed is 160cm in length and the Hotel doesn't recommend it for an adult.
*Price for extra pax includes breakfast package only if originally the booking includes breakfast.
**1 Baby crib can be provided depending on availability on check-in, additional charges may apply.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in time: from 14:00 (2pm)
Check-out time: before 12:00 noon (12pm)
Early check-in and late check-out are upon request and may be subject to extra charges.

GUARANTEE DEPOSIT POLICY

While making a reservation via our website you agree to process the manual payment. After booking creation our Reservation team will send you the email with the payment URL link and other details. The payment may be made by Visa, MasterCard or UnionPay. Please inform us in advance if you'd like to proceed with your payment by bank transfer.
In order to confirm your website reservation you should make payment within 24 hrs of receiving a payment link. Otherwise the booking will be cancelled.
In case if you didn't receive a payment link, please check Spam folder in your email inbox. If you have any questions regarding payment, please contact our Reservation team.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY
A security deposit of THB 3000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. The security deposit may increase for long-term stays (30 nights or more).
The security deposit is refundable upon check-out after inspection of the accommodation. If the damage exceeds the security deposit amount, the guest agrees to pay for all losses and damages incurred by the guest during the period of stay.
The hotel doesn't take responsibility for any valuables and personal belongings in cases of things lost, stolen, or destroyed during the period of stay.

The Hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in and cancel the booking without a refund due to guest non-compliance with the hotel policies. ​Or in this case, an upgrade to a bigger room by availability and by its costs can be done.

FIRE SAFETY POLICY
Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms, please do not smoke inside. If the smell is detected, the guest will be charged a smoke-cleaning fee of THB 2,000. The administration may cancel the rental agreement if smoking in the room continues after given notice.
Candles and essential oils (diffusing, vaporizing, etc.) are prohibited. These items and activities will be treated as smoking and fine access.
The cooking fee is 2000 THB per month.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please ask the Hotel regarding the cancellation policy of your booked rate.
Flexible cancellation policy (Flexible rate):
Cancellation or Modification made 72 hours or earlier before arrival date = Full Guarantee Deposit Refund;
Cancellation or Modification made later = No Refund issued.

Strict cancellation policy (Saver rate; Monthly rate)
Cancellation or Modification made 14-30 days or earlier before arrival date = Full Guarantee Deposit Refund;
Cancellation or Modification made later = No Refund issued.

Non-refundable cancellation policy (Early Booker rate; Promotion rate)
Cancellation or Modification = No Refund issued.
