1. Children below 12 years old, accompanied with their parent, no extra bed in the room will get FOC, and charge for breakfast only, with maximum of two Childs per room or 2 adults and 2 childs, a total of 4 persons. Children 12 years old up will charge as adult (triple rate ) Breakfast for children below 12 years old is charge at 50% of the adult price. Breakfast for children below 3 years is FOC.

1. The hotel reserves the right to adjust all net prices in this agreement, subject to increase or decrease in government tax any-restructure in government tax introduced.

2. Check-in time will be available at 02.00 P.M. On the date of the Guest’s arrival. Check-out time is 12.00 noon. On the date of departure .Late check-out up to 18.00 P.M. the hotel will be charged 50% of contract rate per room. Check-out after 18.00 P.M. will be charged full day as a contract rate.

3. Early check-out will be charge 1 night ( for low& high season ) Full period ( peak season )
