Occupancy Limits by Room Type The hotel does not provide extra beds.
Superior King / Twin Children under 6 years old: Stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding. Children aged 6–10 years: Additional charge THB 100 per night, using existing bedding and in-room amenities only.

Terms and Conditions
1) Check-in / Check-out & Identification
-Check-in time: 14:00 / Check-out time: 12:00
**We would like to kindly inform you that a refundable security deposit of THB 500 in cash is required upon check-in.** -Early check-in before 06:30 will be charged as an additional full night (considered as starting the stay from the previous night). -Early check-in 06:30–09:00 will be charged 50% of the room rate per night, subject to room availability. -Early check-in 09:00–11:00 will be charged 30% of the room rate per night, subject to room availability. -Late check-out 12:00–16:00 will be charged half-day. -Late check-out after 16:00 will be charged one full night. **Front desk service hours: 06:30–20:30** **Out of operating hours, the hotel offers self check-in/self check-out service. 2) Pets
Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
3) Smoking
Smoking and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the building and guest rooms. A cleaning fee/fine of THB 5,000 per incident will be charged, and additional cleaning fees may apply.
4) Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are from 22:00–07:00. Please avoid any activities that may disturb other guests.
5) Safety and Prohibited Items
Cooking, the use of stoves/heating devices, or lighting candles inside the room is not allowed. Flammable substances, dangerous goods, illegal items, and narcotics are strictly prohibited in all hotel areas. The hotel’s internet network must not be used for any illegal activities. Food or items with strong or pungent odours are not allowed in the guest rooms.
6) Housekeeping & Linen Change
Daily housekeeping service is provided between 08:00–14:00. (Please hang the “Make Up Room / Do Not Disturb” sign on your door.) Bed linen (sheets/pillowcases/duvet covers) will be changed every 2 nights or upon request. Towels: If you would like your towels changed, please place them in the basket provided.
7) Visitor Policy
Visitors are required to present their ID card or passport and register at the Front Desk. After 22:00, only registered guests are allowed to stay in the room. If an unregistered person is found staying in the room, a THB 1,000 fine will be applied and the person will be asked to leave the guest area.
8) Parcels & Deliveries
The hotel accepts parcels only under the guest’s name and room number. The hotel is not responsible for any damage or loss caused during delivery or transportation.
9) Parking & Vehicles
The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to items left inside vehicles. Please lock your car and keep valuables safely stored.
10) CCTV & Personal Data
Common areas are monitored by CCTV for safety and security purposes. Images are normally retained for no longer than 20 days, unless required for investigation. Personal data collected from reservations and stays is used only as necessary for service provision, safety, and compliance with applicable laws.
11) Lost & Found
Found items will be kept for 30 days. After this period, the hotel may dispose of them at its discretion. Valuables will be stored in a secure place and recorded in a logbook. If items need to be shipped back, shipping costs will be charged as actually incurred.
12) Emergencies
In case of emergency, please contact the Front Desk or the national emergency numbers: 191 / 199 / 1669.
13) Hotel’s Right to Refuse / Terminate Service
The hotel reserves the right to refuse or terminate service, impose a THB 3,000 fine, and notify the police in cases of:
Illegal activities Fighting or violent behaviour Serious disturbance to other guests Failure to comply with hotel rules This is to ensure the safety and peace of all guests and staff.
14) Guest’s Belongings
Please check all your personal belongings before leaving the room. The hotel will not be responsible for any loss of personal property in all cases.
15) Damage to Hotel Property
In the event of damage to hotel property, the person responsible will be required to compensate according to the value listed on the hotel’s property value list and/or actual repair/replacement costs, as specified in the hotel policy.
