Children Policies

- Child age under 5 years old, F.O.C. for Breakfast in case of sharing bed with parents

- Child age 5 - 7 years old, Pay more for Breakfast 200 THB. per night on check in date in case of sharing bed with parents

- Child 8 year's old and older consider as adult and pay more for Extra bed 1,200 THB. per night or Extra mattress 600 THB. per night on check in date.

Terms and Conditions

- The above rate are quated and remittance requires in THB net per night inclusive of Breakfast, Service Charge, Vat Tax.

- Check in time is 1:00 P.M. and check out time is 11:00 A.M. of the day of departure. Late check out is subject to availability and will be charge THB 300 /hrs.If check out after 4 P.M. full overnight rate will be apllied.

- High Season (1 Nov-19 Dec 15/11 Jan - 15 May 16)and Peak Season (20 Dec 15 - 10 Jan 16): THB 1,200.-/Extra bed and THB 600.-/Mattress

- Green Season (16 May - 19 Oct 15) and Pre Season(20 Oct - 31 Oct 15): THB 800.-/Extra bed and THB 400.-/Mattress

- All Season : THB 400.- / Baby Cot (Under 3 years)

- Full amout will be charged at the time your booking is confirmed. 7% of total amount is by Hoteliers.guru (Non-refundable) and 93% of remaning balance is charges by Bundhaya Resort.
