All children under 10 years old sharing the bed with parents without an extra bed is free of charge, maximum child allowed as listed on above table
All children under 3 years old stay free of charge in a baby cot.
All children 3 – 9.99 years old using the extra bed is THB 500.- per person per night
All children older than 10 year are count as adult.
Terms and Conditions
Rates are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) on a per villa per night basis.
Rates are inclusive of 7% Government Tax, and 1% Provincial Tax.
Check-in time is 14:00 hours and Check-out time is 12:00 hours.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
Late check out from 12:00 hours – 18:00 hours will be charged 50% of the room rate.
Late check out after 18:00 hours will be charged 100% of the room rate.
In the event of no-show, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for entire stay shall be chargeable.
For early departure, the resort will charge for the entire duration of stay. No refund will be made for any early departure.
