Under 5 Years Old Can use an existing bed is free.

- Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be identical to the guest's name. Otherwise, guests are requested to pay in cash. 

- Please note that the power generator will be switched off everyday during 17:00-18:00 hrs.

- The resort provides a chargeable transfer service between the resort and Koh Phangan Pier. The service is available between 06:00-21:00 hrs. Guests who wish to use the service must contact the hotel at least 1 day prior to the check-in date. Please contact the hotel directly for more details of the price. 

- A damage deposit of THB 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

- A security deposit of THB 500 is required in cash upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. 

- The resort can also be reached from Chalok Lum Pier. The last boat leaves the pier at 17:00 hrs. After the 17:00, guests will have to travel by car instead. 

- Can not travel by car/motorbike to the property as the roads can be quite challenging to some guests. Must to drive  by 4wheels or special car.  Guests are advised to use the transportation service provided by the property instead. Please contact the hotel directly for more details of the price.
