For the comfort and convenience of all guests, we observe 'Quiet Time' between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. We kindly request that guests respect their neighbors by refraining from congregating in public areas where noise may disturb others.
Please note that failure to comply may result in authorities being contacted, eviction from the hotel without refund.

Each room allows for a maximum occupancy of two guests. An additional person may be accommodated for an extra charge. However, In the case of unregistered guests, we reserve the right to refuse entry or relocate the guests to another room (subject to availability) immediately. The guest will be responsible for any additional charges incurred. A fine of ฿3,000 per person will be imposed if unauthorized guests are discovered.

Children aged 0-4 years stay free of charge, limited to one child per room. If there is more than one child per room, an additional charge of ฿300 per child will apply. Children 5-10 years Extra Charge 500฿ limited to 1 Extra person for Lakeview room and 2 Extra person for Chompukhao room 

An extra bed for adults is available at a charge of ฿600, which includes breakfast.
This is a NON SMOKING OR VAPING room. A ฿3,000 room recovery fee will be charged for smoking in the room. If this issue continues after the recovery fee, guests may be evicted from the hotel without refund.
Please maintain cleanliness in the room.
Kindly dispose of food scraps in the trash located in front of the room. Due to the proximity to nature, ants and insects may enter the room.

Damage to rooms, fixtures, furnishing and equipment including the removal of electronic equipment, towels, artwork, etc. will be charged at 150% of full and new replacement value plus any shipping and handling charges.

Any damage to hotel property, whether accidental or wilful, is the responsibility of the registered guest for each particular room. 

Any costs associated with repairs and/or replacement will be charged to account of the registered guest. In extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursue

Damage to mattresses and linen including; towels, mattress pads, sheets, bedspreads, blankets resulting from the use of body oils, make-up, shoe-polish, etc. will result in a charge at 150% of full and new replacement value plus any shipping and handling charges, for the special cleaning, repair or replacement of the damaged article.

If you fail to check in as specified, the accommodation will consider it a no-show, and you will not be eligible for a refund.

Pets are not allowed in the room area Violations will result in a fine ฿1,000 

Cooking is prohibited in the accommodation area. Certain types of electrical appliances, such as electric stoves, pans, pots, coffee makers, kettles, audio equipment, musical instruments, karaoke equipment, and irons, are also not permitted for use. Violations will result in a fine starting from ฿1,000 per item.

Guest are prohibited from engaging in any activities that are illegal or unethical, including but not limited to drug use, gambling, prostitution, etc. Violations will result in a fine 3,000฿ 

Cancellation or change policy (Any changes must be notified through the inbox page or official line only)

Guests are permitted to postpone their stay once, provided that you notify us at least 7 days in advance. If the room price has increased or decreased due to the postponement, the price difference will not be refunded or will be charged accordingly. The postponement period is allowed but not for more than three months from the prior reservation.

Once a reservation is made and payment completed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.
