Child under 4 years old age sharing room with parent is Free of Charge.
Child under 12 years of age sharing room with parent will be charge of extra ABF at 125 THB per child per day.
Over 12 years of age will be charge as extra bed would provide properly
Terms and Conditions
Rate are quoted in Thai Baht per room per night, inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% goverment tax.
Rate are sunject to change with out prior notice.
Deposit & Balance Policy:
Full amout will be charged at the time your booking is confirmed. 10% of total amount is by Hoteliers.guru and 90% of remaning balance is charges by Bauman Residen Hotel on time the booking request.
