• Baby cot for children under 3 years old is free of charge (subject to availability)
• Children under 5 years of age: complimentary stay up to two children per room using existing bed.
• Children 5-11 years old: accommodation in existing beds with daily breakfast up to a maximum of 2 children per room at USD 10 per child will be charged.
• Children above 12 years old will be considered as adults

Terms and Conditions :

1. Booking and Payment: Only guests over 18 may make reservations; those under 18 require parental or guardian permission. Credit card information is required to guarantee the booking, with full payment charged upon check-in.

2. Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation is available up to 72 hours before check-in. Cancellations after this incur a one-night charge; no-shows are charged the full amount.

3. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in starts at 2PM, and check-out is by 12 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional fees.

4. Room Allocation: Room type is guaranteed, but specific room assignments may vary based on hotel availability.

5. Additional Charges: Taxes and service fees are included in the rate; extra services (spa, room service, etc.) are charged separately.

6. Liability: The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to guests’ belongings. Smoking in rooms incurs a penalty.
