นโยบายจำนวนผู้เข้าพัก

ผู้ใหญ่พักได้ 2 ท่าน
ผู้ใหญ่พักได้ 3 ท่านหากจองมาแบบมีเตียงเสริม
ในกรณี ผู้เข้าพัก เป็น ผู้ใหญ่ 2 ท่าน และ เด็ก 2 ท่าน ผู้จองจะต้องทำการแจ้งให้ทางโรงแรมทราบล่วงหน้า และมีค่าใช้จ่าย โดยเด็กท่านแรกเป็นเตียงร่วมกับผู้ปกครองบริการอาหารเช้า 1 ชุด (ไม่มีบริการเตียงเสริม) เด็กท่านที่ 2 จำเป็นต้องเพิ่มเตียงเสริมในราคาปกติ
4.นโยบายสำหรับเด็ก

ทางโรงแรมยินดีต้อนรับเด็ก คำจำกัดความของเด็ก คือต้องมีอายุไม่เกิน 12ปี
ทารก อายุต่ำกว่า 2 ขวบ พักฟรี โดยพักเตียงร่วมกับผู้ปกครองพร้อมบริการอาหารเช้า 1 ชุด (ไม่มีบริการเตียงเสริม)
เด็กอายุ 2-12 ปี เด็กท่านแรกสามารถพักเตียงร่วมกับผู้ปกครองบริการอาหารเช้า 1 ชุด (ไม่มีบริการเตียงเสริม) เด็กท่านที่ 2 ต้องเพิ่มเตียงเสริมในราคาปกติ

5.นโยบายเตียงเสริม

จำนวนเตียงเสริมในห้องพักสูงสุดจำนวน 1 เตียง
โรงแรมอาจจัดเดย์เบดเป็นเตียงเสริม และมีการเรียกเก็บค่าบริการเตียงเสริมพร้อมอาหารเช้า ก่อนเข้าพักหรือก่อนการใช้งาน

Welcome to Baan Phandao Resort. We hope that you will enjoy your stay and make full use of our facilities. In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, the Management requests your co-operation in observing the following rules so that all clients will be able to stay in our hotel in a safe and comfortable atmosphere.
1. Check-in at 2:00 pm, Check-out at 12:00 pm.

2. Please provide your ID/Passport when checking in. Payment for rooms including key  deposit  (1000 THB - fully refunded after returning the key at check-out) must be completed in advance.

3. Smoking in the room is prohibited. It is permitted only on the balcony. Fine up to 2,000 baht.

4. Illegal drugs, gambling or any other aggressive behavior are strictly prohibited. Fine up to 2,000 baht and informing law enforcement officers.
 
5. The following items are prohibited on the premises of the hotel.
- Durian
- Animals
- Hazardous Chemicals
- Explosive and Flammable substances
- Firearms or weapons.

6. Removing furniture or items from guest room is prohibited. You will be charged for any lost    or damaged items upon check-out
