CHILDREN Child Sharing for up to two children below 4 years without an extra bed is complimentary. Child Sharing for 1 child above 4 years without an extra bed is charged only for meals and stay. In case of a requirement for an extra bed in the room, charges shall be the same as adult guest sharing charges. Individuals above the age of 12 are considered as adults by the Hotel.
Other Charges: Child Extra Bed: 1000THB per person (including breakfast) Child No Bed: 750THB per child (including breakfast) **An additional charge will be applied if the number of Child at check-in is more than the number of persons in the booking.
Early Check-In and Late Check-Out Policy: Early Check-In or Late Check-Out will be charged at 250THB per hour (subject to availability of rooms) Late Check-In will be charged at 750THB per hour. (Our counter will close at 11:00 pm )
AGE REQUIREMENT Guests must be 18 years or older with photo identification to check-in. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of stay. The Hotel reserves the right to check photo identification.
EXTRA BEDDING For Superior pagoda view Room only, an extra bed for a third occupant is allowed and is chargeable from 1000THB per person /night including breakfast. The charge will automatically be included upon selection of more than 2 adults during reservation.
VISITORS In the interest of your well-being and security, all visitors are required to register at the Front Desk and are requested to leave guestrooms by 8.00 p.m.
SMOKING The Hotel has 100% non-smoking rooms. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas of the Hotel. There will be a 5,000THB fee for thorough cleaning services charged.
PARKING Staying guests are limited to 2 parking daily.
PETS The Hotel maintains a strict no-pets policy on its premises.
PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEO’S Using photographs and video's taken in the hotel for commercial or public purposes is illegal. Those who do so will be subject to prosecution.
RESTAURANT Food : Thai northern food, Asian Open for 10.30 am – 20.00 pm. Menu À la carte
INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR Should any action by a guest, may it be towards our staff or otherwise, be deemed inappropriate by the Hotel, or if any inappropriate behavior is brought to attention, the Hotel reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest which may result in, but not limited to, being asked to leave without a refund for any services incurred.
EXCESSIVE NOISE AND PARTIES To ensure all guests enjoy the comfort and safety of the facilities we offer, the Hotel upholds a strict zero tolerance policy towards commotion, excessive noise and parties. Any person found to be on our premises creating excessive noise, having a party, exceeding the numbers of permitted guests or otherwise causing a disturbance will be requested to leave the hotel without refund. **The building is made of wood. Any activities should be under noise levels at an acceptable level as judged by the Hotel’s other guests and Hotel Management.
MANAGEMENT’S RIGHTS It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premise.
The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel forthwith, Without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default, the Management has the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her.
