- Any additional people that are not included in the original reservation are not allowed to stay.
- An additional charge of THB 1,000 per person will be applied if the number of guests at check-in is more than the number of persons in the booking.
- Joiners or visitors are allowed to visit no later than 08:00 PM.
- Check-in or check-out outside the mentioned hour will be charged as 1 additional night and is subject to availability.

- The building is made of wood. Any activities should be under noise levels at an acceptable level as judged by the Hotel’s other guests and Hotel Management.

- When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

**Amendment
- Will be allowed without penalty if written notice is made within 7 days prior to arrival. However, the amendment is subject to room availability and new rates may apply.
- Amendment during peak periods such as Thai New Year (Songkran), Christmas, and New Year will not be allowed.
- Any amendment resulting in lower rates or fewer nights or a number of rooms, the paid amount is not refundable.

**Refundable damage deposit
A damage deposit of THB 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

**Cancellations
- The full amount is be charged and nonn the option you choose. All extra beds are subject to availability.

**Pets
- Pets are not allowed.
