Number of Guests and Room Capacity
Each room has a maximum occupancy as specified by the resort.
An additional charge will apply for extra beds or guests exceeding the specified occupancy, in accordance with the resort’s rates. Advance notice is required so that the resort can assess the suitability of the room.
Children under 10 years old stay free of charge without an extra bed, sharing the existing bed with their parents.

1. Accommodation Policies

1.1 Check-in / Check-out Time
Check-in: From 2:00 PM onwards
Check-out: Before 12:00 PM
If you require early check-in or late check-out, please notify the resort in advance. Requests are subject to availability and the resort’s discretion, and additional charges may apply.
In case of late check-out without prior notice after 12:00 PM, the resort reserves the right to charge an additional room fee according to the applicable rate (half-day or full-day rate, depending on the duration of the delay).

1.2 Guest Registration
All guests are required to present a valid Thai national ID card or passport at check-in.
The guest’s name must match the name on the reservation. If there is any change, please notify the resort in advance.

1.3 Number of Guests and Room Occupancy
The maximum number of guests is limited according to the occupancy capacity specified for each room.
Additional charges apply for extra beds or guests exceeding the maximum occupancy. Such requests must be made in advance and are subject to the suitability and availability of the room.
Children under 10 years old stay free of charge without an extra bed, provided they share the bed with their parent or guardian.

1.4 General Resort Rules
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms. Please smoke only in designated smoking areas. A cleaning fee will be charged for violations. Smoking inside the room will incur a THB 5,000 fine.
Guests are requested to refrain from making excessive noise or disturbing other guests, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. In the event of serious disturbance, the resort reserves the right to ask the guest to leave the property without a refund under any circumstances.
Pets are not allowed on the property.
Durian and mangosteen are not permitted in guest rooms. A THB 1,000 cleaning fee will apply for violations.
In the event of damage to the resort’s property, the guest will be responsible for the actual repair or replacement costs. The resort is not responsible for the loss of valuables that have not been deposited with or reported to the resort for safekeeping.
