- A child aged between 0 - 2.99 years old who is sharing existing bed with adult (s), free of charge.

- A child aged between 3 - 11.99 years old who will be compulsory charged for an extra bed.

- A child aged 12 years old and over is considered an adult.

- An Extra Bed THB 1,500 per night included breakfast.

- For Hotel booking through the Website, your credit card will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation anytime.  Please ensure that the credit card is valid and has sufficient credit on the future payment date.

  - Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

 - The standard check-in time is 02:00 PM and the standard check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subjected to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with hotel directly.

- A compulsory New Year Gala Dinner is included in the room rate for stays on 31 December Every year. The Gala Dinner prices are based on room type and occupancy (extra persons or guests sleeping in extra beds will be charged separately).
