Booking Confirmation : Anda Resort will confirm your bookingafter received the deposit of 50% of the total " NO DEPOSIT, NO BOOKING" if the deposit / payment could not be done before the due date.
Anda Resort has right to release the room to other customer with no excuses.
A Pre-Paid booking is a preferable room booking and the balance payment must be paid before check in date.
Urgent booking, request also an urgent payment as soon as possible. The lastest is before checked out date, otherwise the payment will be collected directly from the reserved guest.
Term payment : Prepaid with in the due date giving
Peak Season 7 Days from the booking date 50 % deposit and 50% 7 day before check in 7 days.
High Season 15 days from the booking date 50% deposit and 50% 7 day before check in 7 days.
Green Season 21 days from the booking date 50% deposit and 50% 7 day before check in 7 days.
