CHILD & ADULT POLICY
Children aged 0 – 3 years: Complimentary baby cot (upon request).
Children aged 4 – 11 years: Sharing existing bed with parents: Free of charge.  / Room only: THB 1,000 net per night. 
12 years and above: Considered as adults.
Extra beds: Not available in any room category.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT POLICY

Check-in time: 14:00 – 00:00 hrs.
Check-out time: 12:00 hrs.
Minimum age for check-in: 18 years old.

Early check-out: Full stay charges will apply for the remaining nights of the reserved period.

Late Check-out (subject to availability, must be requested at the time of reservation): Between 12:00 - 18:00 hrs.: 50% of room rate. /  After 18:00 hrs.: 100% of room rate.

Early Check-in (subject to availability, must be requested at the time of reservation): From 07:00 hrs. on arrival date: 50% of room rate / Before 07:00 hrs. on arrival date: 100% of room rate.
Once check-in has been completed, the confirmed length of stay is fully chargeable, even in the event of early departure. 
 
PET POLICY
Pets allowed: dogs and cats only.
Pets are allowed for an extra charge of THB 800 net per pet, per night.
Pets must be mentioned at the time of room reservation.
 
DEPOSIT POLICIES
Stay of 1 to 3 nights: Hotel shall require a cash deposit or credit card authorization of THB 3,000.
Stay of 3 nights or more: Hotel shall require a cash deposit or credit card authorization of THB 5,000.
 
PARKING POLICY: Parking spaces are limited. Please inform us in advance when making your reservation.
 
IN-ROOM POLICIES
A safety box is provided in each room for the storage of personal valuables. The hotel shall not be liable for any loss of valuables left in guest rooms, public areas, or automobiles.
Aroma-overpowering and unpleasant fruits are prohibited on the premises. Durian and mangosteen are not permitted in guest rooms, corridors, or public areas. Damage to hotel property will result in a minimum penalty charge of THB 5,000.
Our lofts are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed only on balconies. Smoking in rooms, corridors, or public areas will incur a THB 5,000. 
 
BALCONY SAFETY POLICY
Please enjoy the balcony safely. Do not lean over, climb, or throw objects from it. The hotel is not responsible for any accidents or damages caused.
 
PARTY & EVENT POLICY
Parties, gatherings, and private events are not allowed within the property.
