1.     Children under 7 Years old can stay for free of charge (Sharing bed with Parents)

2.     1 child (from 7 years old to 12 years old) stays for THB 880 per person per night 

3.     1 person (13 years old and over) stays for THB 1,320 per person per night 

4.     Extra person charge is THB 1,320.- per person per night 

5.     Baby cot can be provided to a child under 2 years old upon request.

1. Check-In Time: 15:00 hrs. Check-Out Time: Before 12:00 hrs.(noon).

2. Early Check In/ Late Check Out: Subject to availability, extra charge may be applied.

3. All rooms are strictly non-smoking. Designated smoking area is provided at common facility.
  Violations will incur penalty charge of THB 10,000 for curtain and room deep cleaning.

4.  Durians or anything that cause strong smells are strictly prohibited.
  Violations will incur penal charge of THB 3,000.- for room deep cleaning.

5.  Any loss or damage to the key card will incur a replacement fee of THB 500.-/ card

6.  The hotel does not allow inviting strangers or visitors to use the guest rooms, facilities, or amenities;
    such actions are strictly prohibited. 
    Violation of this policy will result in a room rate adjustment without prior notice.

7. Children up to 6 years old can stay free of charge (sharing bed with parents, baby cot is subject to availability)

8.  Additional charges may apply for children between 7 and 12 years old (THB 880 net/ night/ child)

9. Those aged 13 years old and above will be charged at the extra adult rate (THB 1,320 net/ night/ person)

10.  All rates are subject to change without prior notice.

11.  No Pet Allowed.

12. Villa Alanna require to hold a security deposit.This deposit serves as a security measure to cover any incidental expenses that may occur during your stay.
