For Room with Breakfast Rate

Standard Terms & Conditions
- All reservation subject to availability unless The Hotel has agreed upon firm room allotment. Reservations are considered completed only when The Hotel confirms the reservation in written form

- In the event that The Hotel finds itself unable to honor a reservation by providing the room within The Hotel, it shall, at The Hotel’s expense, provides an alternative room in another hotel of the same or superior category. The Hotel shall be deemed to have fulfilled its obligations arising from this agreement.

Check-in/Check-out Policy:
Check-in Time: 14:00 Hours (2:00 p.m.)
Check-out Time: 12:00 Hours (12 p.m. Noon)
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to determination based on hotel occupancy. Additional charges may apply.

Pet Policy: No pets are allowed in the resort.

Payment Policy : The currency in which accommodation and services are paid in the hotel is Thai Baht.
The credit card used for the booking must be valid for the entire stay and the name of the credit card holder has to be the same as the guest's name. Guests are required to show the credit card and a photo identification upon check-in for verification.
For the card holder's protection, if the guest fails to present the credit card upon arrival, the pre-payment will be credited back to the original card and the guests are required to make a new payment.
Please be informed that THB 1 may be charged any time after the booking is made in order to validate the credit card.
