Child above 8 years old will be charged as an extra person at THB 1,500.- per person per night for an extra bed and daily breakfast.

Prepayment:
The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price before arrival. Kindly adhere to booking conditions and cancellation policy according to your reservation confirmation letter.
Check-In and Check-Out Policy: North Hill City Resort's check-in time is 14.00 hrs and check-out time is noon. The resort will make every effort to personalise our guests' stays if provided ETA information at the time of reservation. Late checkout requests may be made through the front desk only, and are subject to a determination based on resort occupancy. Additional charges may apply.
Non-Smoking Policy: To ensure all the guests’ comfortable stay, smoking is strictly prohibited in the resort and resort rooms. Smoking is allowed only in special areas of the resort designated for that purpose. Following this rule allows us to maintain high standards and offer our guests quality service.
Pet Policy: North Hill City Resort does not allow pets due to concerns that some guests have allergic reactions towards pet dander and due to the threat of ticks and fleas.
The Rock Pool: The outdoor swimming pool is located on “1” level. The pool is open from 0630hrs to 1830hrs. No lifeguard is on duty. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
Fitness Center: The fitness centre is in the basement. Fitness centre is open from 07.30 hrs to 20.00 hrs
Lost and Found Policy: North Hill City Resort is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal items. All rooms are equipped with in-room safes, and our Front Office offers a safety deposit box facility. Should any guests lose personal belongings whilst staying at North Hill City Resort, if recovered, the item will be recorded as 'found' North Hill City Resort keeps detailed records of all 'found' items and will make a reasonable effort to contact the guest if an item is left in the resort's guest room after the guest has checked out which will be placed in our Lost & Found safety box. We will ship items back at the owner's expense. Any items in the Lost & Found, which are not claimed within ninety (90) days, will be donated to a local charity or discarded.
General Policy: North Hill City Resort has a zero tolerance policy in which it will refuse to admit or refuse service or accommodation in the resort or may remove a person who: while on the premises of the resort acts in an obviously intoxicated or disorderly manner, destroys or threatens to destroy resort property, or causes or threatens to cause a public disturbance; or refuses or is unable to pay for the accommodations or services. North Hill City Resort may limit the number of persons who may occupy a particular guest room in the resort and will only allow registered guests to use its facilities. A person who negligently or intentionally causes damage to the resort or any furniture or furnishings within the resort, shall be liable for damages sustained by the resort staff, including the resort's loss of revenue resulting from the inability to rent or lease rooms while the damage is being repaired.
