- A child aged between 0 - 2.99 years old who is sharing existing bed with adult (s), free of charge.
- A child aged between 3 - 11.99 years old who will be compulsory charged for an extra bed.
- A child aged 12 years old and over are considered as adults.
- An Extra bed charge: THB 1,500 per person, per night.

 - Any bookings made through Resort Official Website under non-refundable policy, your credit card will be charged a prepayment by the resort anytime. Please ensure that the credit card is valid and has sufficient credit on the future payment date.

- Please be aware that after a booking has been made, it is not possible to apply any PromoCode to that booking at later time.

 - Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

 - Please Inform that the resort requires a valid credit card to guarantee the reservation in the event of a late cancellation or no show.  The resort can decide to pre-authorize your credit card to ensure that the card is valid and has sufficient funds.

 - The standard check-in time is 02:00 PM and the standard check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subjected to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with hotel directly.
